It has been years since this topic has actually originated. It is one of the frequently discussed topics in any of the college/schools discussion forum and debates. Recent death sentence of Rajiv Killers has reignited the topic again.People who are against the capital punishment argue that God has created the world and human beings and only nature and god can only take it back. and the people like me who are for Capital punishment argue that these punishments are necessary for creating a fear among the people and reinstate the faith on law among the common citizens that all these atrocities will never be tolerated and forgiven. If these guys can be forgiven why not Kasab?
Anyways its in the hands of law makers to decide on what needs to be done. It is better to keep a full stop on this topic instead of dragging the same like Ayodhya issue, Cauvery issue.
Did these guys fight for our nation , they have killed the Nation's Ex Prime Minister .

Their sentences must have been fulfilled 20 yrs back .. Justice delayed is Justice Denied..
These ppl will meet their natural death before our law does its duty :(
People will start loosing their hope on indian judiciary system if each process takes years to complete ..
